How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

    Delivery times may vary depending on destination. Normally delivery time within Europe is 3-5 working days, while international deliveries can take 7-14 working days. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link to check the status of your delivery.

    Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

      Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, it may not always be possible to make changes after an order has been placed. However, please contact our support immediately at support@turbow.de and we will do our best to help you.

      What happens if my product arrives defective or damaged?

        We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact our support at support@turbow.de and include photos of the defective or damaged product. We will take care of it and find a satisfactory solution.

        Does Turbow offer international delivery?

          Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. However, please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and are not included in the total price.

          Is there a way to track my order?

            Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to track the status of your delivery and see the estimated delivery date.

            Does Turbow offer personalized products or gift vouchers?

              We currently do not offer personalized products or gift vouchers. However, we are continually working to expand our range and improve our customers' shopping experience.

              How can I return or exchange Turbow products?

                We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact our support at support@turbow.de to obtain a return authorization and further instructions.

                What payment methods does Turbow accept?

                  We accept common payment methods such as credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely via our encrypted payment platform.

                  Are Turbow products manufactured in an environmentally friendly way?

                    We strive to use environmentally friendly materials and production processes wherever possible. Some of our products are made from organic cotton and we are continually working to improve our sustainability efforts.
